Apparently I am because I'm proud and unashamed of being white. It seems that it's OK to be proud of who and what you are otherwise, like if you are black, Hispanic, Asian, etc. Don't you just love the double standards of the 21st century? I don't understand why it's OK to hate white people and people who are unashamed or proud of being white, but it isn't acceptable to hate anyone else for their race or color. If you say that you're proud to be white or that you like anyone else who is white because they represent your race or ethnicity then you are considered a racist. On the other hand, a black person or a person of any another race can do the exact same thing for the exact same reason and that is supposed be acceptable according to our wharped society's double standards? I think what is acceptable for one race should be acceptable for all races. I'm not going to run around with my head hung in shame because I'm white. I'm also not acting as if I should be apologetic for something.

There is nothing to be ashamed of. I don't really like to say that I'm proud because of the way I was born though. I prefer to proud of my accomplishments.
I am really sick and tired of all the racism against whites. I have seen and experienced more racism from "minority" groups than I have ever seen a white person do. They seem to think that it is cool and ok to do. I guess they aren't smart enough to figure out that they are exactly what they are complaining about.
If you really want to test if something is racist try reversing the races in a situation. A good example is the movie White Chicks. Imagine the outrage and protests if two white men dressed up in black face and used stereotypes to portray black women. I can't believe that that movie was even made. I guess whites aren't hypersensitive but maybe they should be.

Your not a bigot. It's just that the people that disagree with you have hatrated for things that are out of your control. I don't think any race is better than another. It's not the race it's the person in side. Look on the inside and I bet no one would know what color anyone was. Try closing your eyes and talking to someone. Can you tell what race they are? What needs to happen is that all races need to accept each other. What your experiencing is other races not treating the white race as they want to be treated. I have three nephews that are malono I love them with all my heart the issue I have is that the white race won't accept them and the black race won't except them. So my thought is that all races need to just look at each other as people. Continue being proud of who you are.

Too true. When the line between being proud of your ethnic background and being a biggot is passed though that's when there are problems. This is true in any race. Be proud that you're white, but don't hate others because their race or ethnic background differs from yours. This stands true for hispanic, black, asian etc. The world is one big melting pot and God isn't punishing people for mixing it up.

You see the future dont you? Man, I swear, things are changing for "White America", but to be honest I dont know if its for the better. Everyone use to push for equality and fairness between the races, but when you look at where America is headed, I dont know if its for the better. I dont really care for conservatives much. Too uptight. But America needs rules and regulations to ensure its future. I believe that, when race is involved, America went wrong with its change because it was done out of hatred and greed, rather than with love and kindness. I believe if America wasnt as harsh as it was in the past with the racism and discrimanation, then there would've been a brighter, light hearted future for us. I hope I dont live long enough to see how bad its gonna get. Oh and by the way, I'm black......go f%$*in figure!!

No ur no longer a bigot and when you consider that there we are such an open society now the position human beings have the right to loose speech, freedom to worship and stay life we opt for. How might want to celebrating Christmas be criticised because someone of yet another faith do not celebrate it. even if, if ur residing in a Muslim united states, then this can develop into an mission.

nah, minorities want you to belive that being white is something to be ashamed of. they want to tag you as a racist for being proud of being white. they assume automatically that you hate blacks, latino's and asians. so not true. maybe they should go and look up the meaning of the word racist, and bigot before they are so quick to throw it around

I agree, and I know what you're talking about. they lump all us "whites" together in the same class and assume we're all a bunch of racist rednecks.
then you talk about being half-Irish or half-Italian, and their eyes glaze over.
and don't ever say you look up to Thomas Jefferson (he had slaves!) Neil Armstrong (the moon landing was fake!) Abraham Lincoln (he cheated on his wife!) or Michael Collins (...who the heck is he?) but you get my point
I just can't wait until February, so we can all find out who was the first African American to buy coffee from Starbucks....

People think I am a bigot because I am a straight white republican Christian male. Liberals will stop at nothing to try and make people as immoral as they are. Don't sweat it. Just be proud of who you are and screw everyone else.
