It could be statutory rape, depending upon the state. Find an adult girlfriend or keep it in your pants until your current girlfriend is of age.

It depends on the state in which the behavior occurred. In most states it would be a felony for a 20 y/o to engage in sexual intercourse with a 16 year old. The issue of "consent" is considered to be irrelevant when dealing with a young person; the law provides that the person cannot give their consent. The laws for each state are outlined in the study cited below.
According to the study cited below (prepared for the federal government) "A common misperception about statutory rape is that state codes define a single age at which an individual can legally consent to sex. Only 12 states have a single age of consent, below which an individual cannot consent to sexual intercourse under any circumstances, and above
which it is legal to engage in sexual intercourse with another person above the age of consent.
For example, in Massachusetts, the age of consent is 16.
In the remaining 39 states, other factors come into play: age differentials, minimum age of the victim, and minimum age of the defendant."

In most states, you can be charged with statutory rape because she is under the age of consent (which is 18). Even if she is willing, by law she is too young so no matter what you will get in trouble should someone decide to press charges

None, the usual thumb of law, especially with younger people is 5 years difference in their age, but that would be too much between a 16 yo male and a 11 year old girl, even if she could give consent! That is sexual assault

If the girl's family finds out, probably death. But for real criminal charges, it would likely depend on the state.

This one, I believe, falls in the statutory rape category, but you might check out your individual state law on that. Stat rape will get you brig time. How much, is up to the judge!
The circumstances of who wanted what, when is not relavent. You are the adult in this case and if she drops a dime on you, well it's time to pack up and head for the hills.

Well it sorta depends on where you are. The age of consent is different between areas. You could be charged with "statutory rape"
I assume you're probably in the US.. so here:
