Just like, run down communities and high crime areas. Poor communities, create jobs by building new communities, summer camps, educational facilities for poor children, children on welfare,
rebuild our cities and beautify the places where we live?
I realise some rich people do these sorts of things, but it isn't as visible as it could be. It dosen't seem to be too dominate where I live and in the state I live in.

I don't really think they understand what value they are to their communities. They seem to reach out to others but not to those directly around them. It is as if they do, they will be bombarded by more requests for money for their community.

Billionaires are where they are because they're making money, not spending money... plus, where they reside doesn't need rebuilding (Beverly Hills, Hamptons, Palm Beach), it's the urban dumps around the plush areas that need rebuidling, but they don't go there anyway, so why help?

Put it this way, by economy of scale, you make $50,000 / year, would you give $1000 to a bum you didn't know? That's what rebuilding a city for a billionaire would be like. It would take several hundred million to rebuild a city...

A lot of people like 2 stay D way they ar, with whatever attachment or renovation they hav done. Although rebuilding can be more comfortable but it can also cause u 2pay unnecessarily. 2some paying less or not paying is most comfortable. 2some, especially those uneducated ones, they just refuse 2 compromise & insist on D way they ar. That is why they remain poor with no improvement in their life.

Is it not enough that the factories and companies those billionaires own employ thousands of people, at good wages and salaries, enabling them to buy goods and services of other working people? Why should they be coerced into giving away the fruits of their efforts?
Why do the residents of those run-down neighborhoods not care enough to keep them up?

Usually the communities and even the surrounding communities in which the billionaires reside are already quite posh.
