The US census is done every ten years. The Zuni were last counted in 2000. You can go to the US Census Bureau to obtain info for the Pueblo Zuni for the 1990 and the 2000 census at http://factfinder.census.gov/home/aian/index.html Once there click on AINA Tribes, then click general demographic and enter the tribe name in the search box or scroll to Pueblo Zuni then click find and go. All the stats will come up. If you need exact info for the years requested you may try contacting the tribe.
Zuni Pueblo, P. O. Box 339 Zuni NM 87327 or call

Im not sure if you mean 'Zuni Pueblo', if you do go to the link below at city-data.com

You can find out almost anything you need to know about it. You can also usually go to the census/demographics/records department at the county courthouse where you live. They should be able to get that information for you, as can just about any public library.

According to city-data.com, the population for Zuni Pueblo in the year 2000 was about 6,367, so I imagine that the population for 1-2 years before that was near that figure, add or subract a few dozen people.
