1. I am Scottish.
2. Scots are commonly found in Scotland, oddly enough. My ancestors traveled to America in the 1760's to escape British tyrannical behaviors of the time.
3. Scots are frequently stereotyped as being tightfisted with money, and free with liquor. Judging from my own self, this could possibly be true.
4. I love the "wild" feeling that being a Scot seems to bring out in me. My clan tartan isn't bad looking either. The sense of family is amazing.
5. My family follows some of the customs. We all have plaids, but no kilts. We go to Highland games here, and I make sure my children know how proud I am to be a Scot.
6. I've never really heard an ethnic slur from anyone towards the Scottish people. Perhaps I've not listened, or truly just not heard one.

i'm part black so i'll talk about that. it's great, i get my hair done in the black salons. people think that we all love rap and we all talk "black". it's annoying! i love rap but sometimes i talk "black" but not all the time! can't people just use their brains or is that so hard?!? we are mostly found in africa and philly, i guess. i like how we made music better and how were funny and stuff. i really like our skin color bc we don't need a tan, depending on what we are mixed with and stuff, have less chances of skin cancer than white people! no, my family doesn't really! my mom's side of the family doesn't have black people at all except for me but my dad is 100 percent african american so obviously, he has black people in his family. the worst thing is when some people call me the "n" word and say other bad things about my ethnicity. it's all good! I LOVE BEING BLACK! i really shouldn't care what other people say because they are dumb and they are clueless!

2. eastern Canada, like New Brunswick. that's usually where the Algonquin tribes came from.
3. owning casinos and dancing around a fire, screaming like a savage
4. everything except there is a lot of drug and alcohol problems on reservations.
5. yes, my fathers side but my grandmother on my mom's side thinks she's Native American and claims to be when she's not. So a lot of people in my family attend pow wows and I fancy dance and my aunts do a lot of beadwork.
6. i have been told that i'm a selfish, useless inbred and that i should move back to the reservation and dance with a feather in my hair. yeah that hurt a lot but i got over it quickly.
and i forgot to add this but i think this is one of the best questions i've seen.
