Most Definately!!!! I had baby clothes before I was even married (not a whole lot but cute things) and When my baby was born I did not have to buy ANY clothes for her. I would wait on the car seat and stroller and the food items until you know that you are pregnant just because safety rules change and you don't want food to expire. We started buying a pack of diapers each time we went to the grocery store after we found out we were expecting and didn't have to buy those for about 10 months after she was born!!! Be prepared

I think it's ok to buy a couple things to represent your dream. It's wasteful to buy a lot of things, not knowing if or when you may become pregnant. Sometimes things go a different route then you've planned and you could even wind up adopting an older child, which would need completely different things.

is it wrong no... but don't get up your hopes too high. You could have problems getting pregnant, or miscarry. I hate to say it, but having baby stuff after such a tradegy would be a horrible reminder. Have fun looking, but don't spend a fortune. Wait a while longer... remember you have nine whole months to shop for baby. Best of luck!

I would focus more on your pregnancy needs until you get pregnant-maternity clothes, comfortable shoes for when you're working, working out a financial plan for your maternity leave, or should you decide to stay home from work. Make decisions now-breastfeed or formula, jarred baby food or home, disposable diapers or cloth? I would stick to pregnancy and decision making, and of course, taking good care of yourself. Healthy diet, exercise, no smoking or drinking, and prenatal vitamins. I wish you the best of luck!

I think its a great idea. Even if your not pregnant does not mean you will be. And when you do, you won't have to worry about buying all the baby clothes at once. It'll be easier on the wallet...

I see no reason why not, as long as you are beyond the stage of the greatest danger of miscarriage.
