Where can I buy the small black and gold tags that come in jewelry boxes that say 14 kt, 10 kt, etc?

I buy jewelry on ebay that comes in paper boxes to keep down cost. It is marked with the proper karat and I have had it tested to be sure. It is hard to sell in a paper box with cotton so I have purchased proper boxes but am unable to find the tags I have asked about.
