love is the most preferable for a gal because once you get that love sex comes into play and it is more enjoyable when feelings are involved

Ideally, both is a fantastic combination! But given a choice, I'd pick love, because you feel love all the time but sex is a once in awhile thing. (Even if you have it daily, it doesn't last long!)
