Try frying honey nut cheerios in butter. General Mills issued the recipe on the box back in the eighties. Yes it's fattening, but it's better than popcorn. Enjoy!

Well, I add non-fat milk to Multi-Grain Cheerios. Is that what you mean? I don't think so. On occasion, I have added fresh, sliced strawberries, or fresh blueberries, or fresh raspberries. Those are the three things I will add. Yum!

Almost every cereal I have.. I add a mix of ground flax and psyllium as well as strawberries and/or banana and/or blueberries.
