If you mean they lean stuff up against your fence tell them that it is wrecking your fence and that they are going to have to help pay to have it fixed. If this doesn't work, lean over and knock their belongings away from your fence, that's what I did.

Put up trespassing signs all up and down along the fence. If that doesn't work, get a movie camera and take pictures of the violaters. Show the police the evidence and file trespassing charges on them. Note down dates and times when, and if, they cause damages to the fence.
Tell the police that if nothing is done to stop the abuse, you will take matters into your own hands. Don't let the neighborhood ruin your property, fight for it.

get all your old razors, take out the blades and wedge them in the top of your fence. anybody coming in or going out will be in for a quick visit to the hospital.

I would say it depends on the paticular use involved. If he merely leans a shovel on it while working, I would leave it alone, but if he is stacking firewood against it, that would be an entirely different matter.
