I mean people like makeup artist, hair stylist, lighting people, stagehands, props people and anyone else who work behind the scenes. How about a contest realty show for them? It's about about damn time to give them their promps. I'm tired seeing the actors, models and all the others that work in front of the camera. How about the same thing for people who want to work behind the cameras. Give them the spotlight for a change. I work behind the scenes as a makeup artist, I'mprobably speaking for myself, but I'm sick and tired that all the front people getting all the attention. Give the little guy/gal who work behind the scenes a break.

As a lighting tech I can see the appeal in a show like this. However, I think it might be a fairly limited appeal.
One way to do it would be behind the scenes of a big movie. Unfortunately things get so hectic that it might be tough pulling the gaffer or DP away from his job to go to the "confessional."
