Average age for crawling is 6-11 months (see sources section below). But not all babies *ever* crawl. Some find other ways of moving around--creeping on their stomachs or sitting and pushing forward (or backwards with a foot). Babies can be very imaginative!!

likely by six months they will show some signs of crawling. My grand daughter got up on her knees but didnt get the idea of going forward for a month or so after that.

Probably between 5 and 10 months but each child is different, and some children just decide to walk!

well if this helps my son will be six months old next week and he just learned how to roll over. when on his belly he is trying to scoot like a little army man. every baby is different and they go at there own pace.
