I made a short film (15 minutes and 660 MB), and I want to make it available online. I don't want people having to download it, because it will take forever. What's the best way to stream it?

There are several websites that allow you to post short videos and surfers who view them can vote on them, which is best week by week, etc. I don't have specific links, but a little googling on your part will turn em up pretty quick. Try "Free Online Videos" in search engine.
