to most people it means a person has given up alcohol, drugs, and sex outside of a marriage. In some regions it also includes being a vegetarian or not eating red meat.

that people are bored and want to talk .soo if your feeling bored

i think it's a fairly pointless label that some people give to themselevs i hopes that someone will give them more attention because they have choosen ideas for themselves to not participate in certain activities such as drinking, smoking, etc.
