My haemoglobin levels will drop suddenly every now and again and I have to take iron medicine, but I was checked about 2 months ago and they said the levels were fine. I have been cutting out meals though, and probably not drinking as much as usual. I've never had any treatment for my blood pressure. I did used to have an arythmia though. My heart would miss a beat, but then squeeze it in at the last minute. I was told this was down to my nerves though and I seem to have grown out of it almost completely.

Your blood pressure, pulse and weight sound o.k., but I think you should go and see your doctor just to make sure.

Have you had any blood sugar problems previously? What is your hemoglobin levels like now? Did you feel any better after you ate?

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

You are on the low side and you should be asking your doctor, not us answerer's

You will live a lot longer with low blood pressure then you will with high. 97/69 isn't terribly low but as I said you should consult your doctor.

You must contact your Primary Care Physician or Cardiologist. If you feel "spaced out," then your low blood pressure is most likely affecting your brain function. It may be transient and completely reversible, but you should NOT risk damage to your organs by ignoring hypotension.

Take the advice of the person who answered who is a physician. He knows what he is talking about. The people that answered and said it didn't need to be dealt with right away are ignorant and WRONG! I hope that by the time you read this that youve already called a doctor.
