What bands and songs do you hate. Because I'm trying to get some new CDs to download on my ipod

I hate the Pussycat Dolls, The Ying Yang Twins, Ciara, 50 Cent, All Time Low, I could go on forever.

Don't get anything that the world listens to. Stuff on the radio these days just won't cut it if you're really into music. Don't fall for anything from Nickleback, A.F.I., or Creed. Bands in that so called manufactured rock genre are the worse. Look up these bands on iTunes and listen to there stuff:
Punchline-----"For The Second Time"
Valencia-------"The Space Between"
The Prize Fight---"This Apartment"
If you're into hip/hop or rap I recommend
Gym Class Heroes---Papercut Chronicles album. It's really great!! or anything from Atmosphere. Everything else is crap!
If your're into like American Idol, I probably won't be able to help you. But the stuff I mentioned above is great, and that's what's on my iPod

I hate current rap music, it's really not even music anymore. The lyrics are vulgar, just about every rapper glorifies the "gangster" culture, and I, as a female, do not like to be called a ***** or a "ho".
I also can't stand bands like Sum 41, Fall Out Boy, Hawthrone Heights, and the like. It's that pop rock crap that my friends listen to yet they give me grief for listening to good bands like Pearl Jam, Guns n' Roses, Bush, etc.

I can not stand Sugarland. Their latest song "Up To No Good" or whatever it's called sounds like a cat got it's tail caught under a rocking chair.

bands like simple plan or most punk that just sounds whiny, the pussy cat dolls or fake bands that are only there for looks and can't really even play music, most rap

i don't hate them, but i'm not feelin the BEP, E-40, nor any other bay area artists involved in this "hyphy movement".
