How can I install BOOKMARKS on IE? I do not have it.?

Every Internet Explorer has Bookmarks just pick Favorites or Ctrl+D

Bookmarks on IE is Favorites...so go to the top of the IE browser and select Favorites, then Add to Favorites...on your drop down menu.

Bookmarks are called FAVORITES on IE. look for it on the menu.
