If you had one kidney, would it be safe for you to use creatine as a supplement in body-building?

When one kidney has to do the work of two, you need to take care of that kidney. Without it you would be on dialysis. Believe
me you don't want that.

i say no but its up to you if you do take what is on the bottle nothing more and if you are under 18 no not at all
