Wet dreams, or nocturnal emissions, means solely that old sperm has no more room to stay in the testes so the testes pushes the old sperm out so there can be enough room for the new sperm...hope this helps! Oh, and no, you don't masturbate when you have a wet dream, otherwise it would just be masturbating.

No you don't have to...it's automatic...the end result is the same though...can you spell SPURT? If you are a frequent masturbator you may have fewer or maybe no wet dreams at all. I've never had one in my life but I've been a jacking off fool ever since pre-puberty. Sometimes I wonder if I've missed something!
