The Philippines and Mexico were rather interesting but it has been 20 years since I was there. From your experience what is the best?

I will not say its the best but in Singapore, we are having the Great Singapore Sale so you will get great discounts island wide. Come Aug 2006,Hong Kong is having their annual sale. You may get over there too. I was there in May and its was not even the sales but I got great bargins.
