I could go on and on about the proper way to lose weight but it's really long to type. I will tell you this though...NEVER try to lose weight fast. It can be unhealthy in the long run. You don't want to lose more than 2 pounds per week. The simple formula to lose weight is just to consume less calories than you can burn off. Learn to calculate your RMR (resting metabolic rate) and eat less than that but never eat less than 1,000. Eat 6 times a day, smaller portions (every 3 hrs) and drink ice water with everything. The water will make you feel full and satisfied and the cold from the ice will increase your metabolism since your body is trying to keep up to stay warm. Also exercise at least 3 to 5 days per week. (20-45 minutes of cardio and weights). One more very important thing- it is very helpful to plan your meals the day before you eat them. Record what you plan on eating and the calories it contains. That way you stick to it and you actually see how much you are eating.

Okay, I know I shouldn't do this but if you sollow these instrcutions you are guaranteed to lose 8-15 pounds in two weeks. You might feel lightheaded but its normal.
Start off by drinking a glass of lime juice and water first thing in the morning. Then wait about half an hour before eating breakfast which will consist of special k cereal with or without soymilk and a small cup of fruits (no mango, no grapes, no banana)
No soda ever!!
Then four luch either eat two slices of wheat bread with a small vegetable salad.
or a small fruit salad. No fruit after 2 o'clock.
Then for dinner eat vegetables again or a 1 cup of brown rice with the 2 cups of the bean of your choice.
No eating after 6.
Remember to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day and to do half an hour of exercise a day. It'll be tough but you will lose the weight. I did it and I lost 8 pounds in a week.
Follow this and you'll be a skinny ***** in no time. LOL

How fast? A week? A month? Cm'on, you wanna lose weight, you gotta do the pain- NO Pain, NO Gain!
I 've tried this method once....eating more veggies, grains and fruits in every meal. Just before your meal, try taking a serving of fruit(Apples helps!- Green ones esp), cut down on sweet stuff and a low carbo diet and drink lots of water to flush out those nasty toxins! Followed by a relligious excercise(speed walking, swimming, dancing, etc...) everyday for least 20- 30 minutes. (do it gradually, by increasing the time and always alternate your activity)
You should see the result within 3 - 6 months, I know i did!! And i've lost 15 pounds!

Running is the fastest way to lose weight. It is hard at first...so walk when you feel out of breath. Go as often as you can, and you will be able to run longer and farther the more you do it...
Other than that, eat a large breakfast. It will kickstart your metabolism and keep it running high throughout the day. Keep it going by eating a few healthy snacks in between meals.
Stop eating 3 hours before you go to bed. You can't burn off any of your food while you are sleeping so it just goes straight to fat...So stop eating at about 7:30, THAT ALONE can make you drop pounds.

Fasting is one way to lose weight fast, but it can damage your health. (joke)
The recommended way is to cut back on what you eat. Don't skip meals because then you get so hungry you eat all the wrong stuff. Just eat less of everything.
If you eat the five servings a day of fruits and veggies then you don't have room to stuff yourself with cheeseburgers and pizza.
Get out there and start walking. Walk with a friend (don't stop for ice cream). The trick is to eat less and exercise more.

The object isn't to lose it fast, but properly so it doesn't come back.
Consult your doctor about a diet and exercise plan which would target your problem areas but also work with your metabolism, some tests may be needed while they assess your BMI, and test your cholesterol. After that they can get you set on a plan and diet which will work best for you and bring much better success than any quick fix diet.

Become anorexic or belemic but you do not want to go that route but if you do go for it it is your life not mine to ruin.But if you want a REAL answer there is no quick way to lose weight which you should know if your over 15.All you can do is say have 2 slices of toast for breakfast some juice for lunch and a light supper as in a small salad or fruit and exercise.But if you want it fast just fast or become anorexic.

Try eating Special K cereal for breakfast and also add a dash of spicy stuff to ur lunch and dinner which boosts ur metabolism! Dont forget to drink alot of water and when u exercise dont stop until ur really sweating! Watch what you eat and eat slow because then u will get full faster! it takes along time for your stomach to tell your brain your full so if u eat slow enough u wont eat as much because u will get fuller faster

Stop eating fattening junk foods and start drinking lots of water and do some exercising.
A long walk is best. Do not try to lose more than 2 pounds a week! Do it the safe way!

Every morning try to wake up early then jogging around 4km. come back home drink one glass of milk and eat bread, lunch just eat little rice or powder food and fruit (very important about fruit, don't eat too much fruit can make your body not good, watermelon is good for person diet), dinner eat salad. Always finishing dinner 5 hours before going to sleep. remeber drink alot of water, it helps your skin fresh when you're body thinner. Good luck.
