In other words, what's the difference in Arabs and non-Arabs in the Middle East?

Arab is an Ethnic group that lives in the middle east, or speakers of Arabic language.
Here is a Wikipedia link to the other groups present in the middle east, such as Turk, Kurd, etc.
Countries with the largest percentage of Arab citizens are:
Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and the United Arab Emirates. Most middle eastern countries have some percentage of arabic people.

Well Israel, Greece, Egypt (though arabs moved in and interbred with the remaining egyptians), turks, and thats about it. The arabs came from arab tribes.

Ya and Irans Persians dont count as arabs.

Israel isn't because they are non Arab and non Muslims.

I believe Iranians consider themselves to be Persian.
