Why doesd it burn when I urinate? What should I do?

It can be nephritis (kidney infection) or a bladder infection.
First you need to see a doctor. He will give you antibiotic for the infection. Holistic junk is not going to work.
Drink plenty of fluids. Don't masturbate. Dried semen in the urethra will make it worse.

If you can't or won't go to the doctor, there is a quick home test by AZO you can buy at the drug store to find out if it is a urinary infection. If it comes out positive, there are cranberry pills that can help. Or just drink 1-2 gallons of cranberry juice and lots of water in 24-48 hours. Worked for me. The downside is that it hurts like hell for a little while, and you're pissing a lot due to all the fluid. But it helps wash out the infection.

If the test comes out negative, get to the doc immediately, you got bigger problems.
