dont worry, relax, if his father takes him off, he will go to jail. i'm sure your son is going to enjoy having some time with his dad.

If you have custodial rights, he will go to jail for kidnapping if he doesn't return him at the appointed time.
Do you have any reason to suspect that he will run off with him? I would make it a point to call each night to tell your son you love him and to 'tuck' him in...although I'm sure you plan on it anyway. Be perisistent that you want to talk to him if the ex tries to give you excuses....this should give you a little peace of mind, because at least you'll know where he is.
