First,in the current spider-girl comic, whats the deal with the guy dressing as spider-man but looks like dr. strange? Second, in the current ultimate x-men, how is charles x able to walk? Last, in the current kyle ryner green lantern book tittled ION, whats the story behind that?

I dont have an answer to the spider girl or ION questions, as I do not read them.
I havent read any of the Ultimate titles for awhile, but I do not enough about it to give you an answer.
The Ultimates line of comics is an alternate universe created to exist outside the normal Marvelverse. Just about everything in it is different, about the only similarities are they both have a number of the same super heroe and villian names, and sometimes the same (or similar costumes), and often the same character playing the super hero or villian. Look at the Ultimate Captain America- he was remade in a costume like that of the 1940s World War II Captain America. However, a lot of the things that happened in the Marvelverse that made the characters they way we know them, did not happen (or happened differently) in the Ultimate Universe. So that is why there are a number of differences between the two.

I don't read the first two books,sorry. However, in Ion...Jade died during the Infinite Crisis and passed on her power to Kyle. Which was from a portion of his omnipotent-like Ion power he had a couple yearsago. After infinite Crisis all the DC books jumped ahead one year forward. Ion is his story of how he deals with his power increase and finding his way. I hope this helps.
