Thats a hard one. The Punisher is all round the better of the group with wolverine a CLOSE second. Hulk with his durability a strength. And with Ghost Rider that depends on if its Blaze or Ketch. The only difference in powers is Ketch's stare would bring down Wolverine and slow the Punisher. And Blazes talent with pistols would go good against the Punisher. The Hellfire wouldnt stop the Hulk and only slow Wolverine. The Punisher would let the Hulk go crazy and smash. Wolverine would also step back, but also want to fight, he would prolly go after the Punisher. Wolverine, besides his claws and healing, is a brawler with little compasion for his enemy. I would put my money on the Punisher. He is smart tactically, a good hand-to-hand fighter, good with weapons, and has some gadgets too. If he know enuff about his opponent, he could beat them. But the Hulk is the wild card. His unmatched strength and durability, plus great endurance is the only opsticle. Either let the Punisher take him, or set him on Ghost Rider. All three will prolly go after the Hulk in the begining till the Hulk is stopped or someone attacks someone else. If the three go after the Hulk and stop him, then the Punisher is my pick. If the Punisher is taken out then i pick the Hulk. If the Hulk is out and the Punisher is significantly wounded, the i pick Wolverin. Ghost Rider shouldnt win at all.

Punisher is good, but only human. Eventually the bullets/explosives would run out, but he could do a lot of damage to Wolverine and Ghost Rider. He best hope is to hurt Hulk, but he couldn't even injure him. This would make Hulk mad.
Ghost Rider can repair physical damage to himself and his bike. He is the second strongest of the group (and my personal favourite) but his fighting skills are limited. I'm sorry to say Wolverine could probably beat him. But he couldn't physically hurt the Hulk, just make him mad.
Wolverine has a healing factor which can heal almost any injury, but it has limitations, it can be stretched too far (when Magneto leached the adamantium from his skeleton, his wounds kept re-opening). In an alternate universe we actually saw Hulk hit Wolverine so hard it broke his neck and severed his spinal column completely, killing Wolverine instantly. And that was the grey Hulk.
Hulk has near infinite stamina and durability. Plus he is the strongest of the four. Add that to the fact that - literally - the angrier the Hulk gets, the stronger the Hulk gets, I'm afraid the Hulk would kill all three others.
EXCEPT... Marvel would never kill Punisher and Wolverine off, those two are incredible cash-cows. Only Ghost Rider would be killed off (twice so far).

Hulk wins, hands down.
Punisher goes down first, he doesn't stand a chance in this group. He can't hurt Ghost Rider with his best C4 pack and won't get a chance to hurt Wolverine.
Ghostrider goes down next. Wolverine would be burned up pretty bad, but he would eventually start cutting bones away and waste the bike too.
Wolverine goes down last. Hulk would go on an all out pounding spree and smash and smash and smash. Wolverine once cut his heart out and he still got up. Hulk's regeneration is beyond even Wolvie's so it's Hulk by a big green fist.

The Hulk, no doubt. Wolverine would finish second and The Ghost Rider and the Punisher wouln each last about 5 seconds.

Wolverine would win hands down. He'd get his *** beat to the brink of death then left for dead by the Hulk, healing factor would come in and he'd shred up anybody left standing. speed, agility, healing factor, retractable blades.... yup. hands down.
