I'm going to Solvang, CA this weekend. I'm in my twenties.. what do you think I'd find of interest? I haven't found much online - so if you're from there, spill!

Interest insights: cycling, hiking, dancing, bohemian lifestyle, art, boating/sailing

There really isn't much there, to do. BUt it's a nice little city, with several bakeries. A little place on the side corner (A dark red building, I don't recall the name of it) has great omelets! YOu could shop for souveiners, have a party, a lot of walking. Any tourits attractions, you see. I don't know of any. The best bakery is called, Mortensen's. It's also a cafe.

There are lots of wineries in the area if you are into that. There are 2 missions in the area. If you like hiking, I don't know any specific places, but there are a bunch of places to hike in the mountains east of Solvang and down near Santa Barbara, which isn't that far away. There is also an Indian casino in the area.

I went to solvang when I was in high school a few years ago. I honestly didn't find too much redeeming about it, it's basically a tourist trap. They have good food and tons of nifty little shops. I'd imagine the only other stuff they have to offer is the natural area surrounding it.
