someone i know is dating a fireman and al and she has a daughter thats 13 and the man was kissing on her and her mother donrt know what to do!?!?!?

wow, now that is just messed up..idk if i could be friends with someone like that, you really cant do anything about it but maybe tell her that what she is doing is extremely wrong for both her and her daughter...that must be a weird situation for ya sweetie ♥

If her mom doesnt know it would be best to tell your friend what teh fireman is doing. As far as you knowhe might intend to have his way with her.
Ask her "I don't really know anything about you two, but is it okay that your boyfriend is kissing your daughter?" or whatever you saw.

If he was kissing the mom and the daughter then that's freaky....Does the mama know?Tell someone...The daughter really should be telling...
