Chances are you're body's telling you that you're overdoing it. Exercise should be light and healthy during pregnancy. Don't do sports that are over-exerting (raquetball, tennis, etc). Try light walking for 15-30 minutes (30 minutes max), or swimming. Swimming is the best exercise, because the water helps support the baby.

Also make sure that you're hydrated. Hydration can also cause cramping.

I would check with your OB...I get braxton hicks contractions early on in pregnancy and I wind up on bedrest ..dont know if its related or not...

sure, but u may check with ur OB to make sure you don't over dot it and hurt u and the Baby.,,,that is ur best bet
