yes u can and its set up so that u are able to all you have to do is go to the video you want and there should be the url for putting it in your myspace or any other blogger or web site you have

you truly regulate the width & top # values contained in the embed code. be effective you save them on the right component ratio although, so the video would not develop into stretched or disproportioned once you re-length it. 425:355 is the ratio of width:top, so a sturdy smaller length might want to be 255:213.
