And Sean Connery- he's better looking now than he was then.
On the other hand, I don't think Madonna is looking too good with the passing of time- but I also think that she needs to grow up and act her age, so I'm biased!

Surpringly, I think Ian Brown from the Stone Roses is aging well and actually looks even more attractive than when he was young.
Australian actress Sigrid Thornton looks great, also better than when she was young (although she could stand to put on several pounds in weight).
Not aging well = botched facelifts. The worst I've seen is Cyndi Lauper, who now looks Japanese, like she's wearing a kabuki mask.

Oprah looks better now, Diane Keaton, Diane Lane, George Clooney, Tom Cruise, Jon Bon Jovi all looks great, have remained youthful but not all Dr. 90210'ed out, all look natural
Nicolette Sheridan looks so old in the face, Terry Hatcher looks like she had a fight with the botox man, what the f...happened to Mickey Rourke????

I think Angela Bassett, Gladys Knight, Tina Turner, Oprah Winfrey, Anthony "Hot" Hopkins and Sean Connery have aged extremely well.
The one's who look like they have 1 foot in the grave are Michael Jackson (of course), Goldie Hawn and Aretha Franklin.
