no. although the testicles produce the sperm cells, the other reproductive organs produce the "protein liquid" that constitutes 98% of the semen. thus, sperm cells may be fewer compared to men with 2 testicles, but the amount of semen is almost the same if he has 2 testicles. cheers!

I had an same difficulty many years in the past and it become brought about through a an infection and cleared up with antibiotics. only because you've one testicle that's higher than the different makes no enormous difference, each male has one this can be somewhat higher, a touch higher etc. no individual has the very same testicles in length structure and position.. attempt no longer to masturbate for some days and note it that permits, will be only over use.

The testicles do not produce semen. That's the job of the seminal vesicles and the prostrate gland. The testicles produce reproductive cells, spermatozoa, that's all.

Depends on why he only has one. Sometimes, when a man has testicular cancer and has one removed, he doesn't ejaculate at all. Sometimes they might ejaculate some, but not much. It just depends.
