we are old we have 3 grown daughters
she has a lot of jewelry but she likes jewelry

What about a weekend at a nice Bed and Breakfast, or if she's outdoorsy, take her camping and have a really romantic fireside dinner. Women also like when our men pick up some of our chores. Little things can make the biggest difference. Finally, a "kidnapping" trip is always fun (find a destination that you know she will enjoy, and make an adventure out of getting there, don't tell her where you're going and keep her guessing with fun stops along the way.)

A piece of jewelry perhaps? Like a necklace with her birthstone in it? How old will she be? Do you have children? Perhaps a ring with the birthstones of the children?
How about a photo taken of the two of you? Put it in a nice frame?
Take her out for a nice romantic dinner.. and have champaigne?
Ask her for some ideas,too. Then, take the inspiration from that.
If she says, "you know what I want,' that probably means she doesn't know herself and wants you to take the initiative.
So, I say dinner and a nice piece of jewelry. Go to a jeweler that isn't part of a chain. (like Jerod's or Alvin's, or Kay's). Maybe the jeweler can design something unique for her. Give him/her a price range and see what he/she can do.

make her dinner by candle light, than fill the bath tub with bubbles an put candles all around it, put rose petals in the tub, make atrail of hersey kisses all the way to the bedroom , put them all over the bed, an have two vases with roses , trust me she will love this , an its better than any gift, but if you want buy her a nice necklace like past present future necklace, are a watch an have engraved own the back our time is forever love you an if this dont say it all , good luck hope no matter what you get her she loves it,

for the woman who has everything...get her something from the heart. you could do a letter telling her how much you love her and share a memory from the first days of dating. that would be sweet. you can do that at a romantic dinner set for just the two of you. or get her something she does all the time and just needs upgraded stuff for.

You do not need to spend too much money... Just be sure is something she likes and she will feel great you pay attention on what she likes....
Music, shirt, skirt, shoes, jewel, a picture of you in a frame, etc

how about a nice vacation. it doesn't have to be long or far. a weekend getaway. If travel is out, you can spend the day serving her, cleaning, doing her chores, make her dinner, you know what she does. you can start with breakfast in bed.

That's something tough. It must be thoughful. Do something she likes to do that you know would actually mean a lot to her if you did it with her. There has to be something that you don't like doing that she just loves.
