Each situation is different, of course, but here's what could happen

RE: Trademarks

Plaintiff may be entitled to recover defendant's profits, any damages & the costs of being infringed upon (i.e. lost profits, compensation, etc.)

RE: Copyrights

Injunctions, impounding, damages & profits, costs & attorney's fees, etc.

You could get sued, pay a fine.
