Oh, one of them is from Edvard Grieg's Peer Gynt Suite, and it's called "Morning" or "Morning Song". But I know the one you're talking about, and it's not that one.

With a little bit of web research, I do believe I have found the piece, and it comes from Rossini's William Tell Overture, strangely enough. You can download it from a link in the page below to confirm your suspicions.

I think it's called "spring" mostly in the looney tunes.
