Look for nurseries, landscaping, or greenhouses.

Good luck with your search.

Let's look at this question in a legs akimbo way. If you can buy red gaillardia plants in or near San Francisco (and you can) why would you look for them in Westerville, OH?

I live in Columbus and gallardias of all sorts are practically everywhere in every garden center. However plain red ones are a little harder to find. I suggest going to either Oakland Nurseries on Oakland Park in Clintonville or the Plantland on Bethel road because they are larger stores and would tend to have a larger suggestion. Still, I think if you looked hard enough you could find them at about any garden center/box store in town.

You should be able to purchase them in your local garden center. However, it is one of those plants that is very easy to grow from seed and much cheaper, plus you could have several plants for less money.

I only discovered this plant this year. I got mine at Wal-Mart, and it is something new and attractive in my collection!
