You'll have to cut the shacle bolts. Your best bet would be to go to a spring shop and have them build you a set of springs. The main springs they have should have bushings in them. Buy some shackles and bushings, then put it all together new. The old bushings will be froze in the main springs and shackles and it's probably useless to try to remove them.

Put them in a hydraulic press and press them out. Saves time and money.
