It can be nasty if the guy isn't clean. Most girls have a bad impression of it from friends or movies and haven't experienced it in a loving relationship. It's a real power position to me and not at all humiliating the way some women see it. Of course, as long as we know we're next...... ; )

Because men degrade women along with it, not just enjoy the pleasure of the act, just like sex and some women do it so frequently to any and everybody that it has gotten a negative connotation.
