Losing someone precious. I know it sounds cheesy and I cant agree more but thinking about losing someone really close for me, its like imagining "OK so this is it, I'm NEVER going to see that person EVER again and thats that."
Sounds wierd I know but I get alot of dreams where peope that I care for either dissapear or die in front of my face. I die alot too strangely but when I die, the people around me live... Wierd eh?

i'm no physician yet i become an same way. And person-friendly techniques to break this difficulty is only doing things you frequently do not do. stroll as a lot as a guy at a food market and only commence a verbal replace. bypass out with the girls folk to a bar or club on the weekends. extra importantly and that i stay through this rule. interior of three seconds of creating eye contact with someone bypass and refer to them previously you commence wondering/fearing it. It takes 3 seconds for the mind to sign up that "strive against or flight" type mode. So dont provide your mind a probability. extra importantly be conscious this in each day existence and that i'm optimistic you'll damage the terror.

Flying in an air plane... I have a big fear of heights and flying (never flown for this reason)... After hearing that Aaliyah died in a plane crash and 9/11, it made just more scared to fly. I like keeping my feet on the ground.

Fear of height - all alone. I can not climb to top of a building through a ladder - even today!
I had fear of flight - but when it came to travel in a plane and that too with one of my colleagues, i found that it is an experience not to be afraid of!

I lived on a farm when I was a girl, and it was my job to feed and water the pigs. One year we had 20 little baby pigs, and I fell in love with them. There were 3 in particular that you would have thought I gave birth to.
My little baby pigs began to disappear, and my father told me that the coyotes were killing them. I grew up with a terror of coyotes. If I am driving in the country and see one, I speed up.
A few years ago (after I have raised my own family), my father and I were having a casual conversation, and it came out that I am terrified of coyotes. Daddy began to explain to me that they are shy creatures and afraid of people. I reminded him that they had killed all of my baby pigs. Oh, did Daddy have a laugh. Through the tears and gasping for breath, he said, "the coyotes didn't eat your baby pigs. YOU DID!" I was heartbroken!!!!
Now I have a rational understanding the coyotes will not bother me if I sit outside at night. Nonetheless, I am still terrified of them. Some fears die hard.

The boogeyman. My dad always kept us afraid of this guy to keep us from wandering off. Turns out I saw the boogeyman working as a foreman on a bridge crew in Northern Alberta! Really!
