It really depends on what type of business you are looking to start. The best business that I have found to start is a home based business. It cost little or no money, no utility bills, no employees to handle. And all the time freedom. No set hours to work no one to tell you what you can and can not do for the day. You set all these things your self.

What kind of business do you want to start?
Do you want time freedom?
Do you want financial freedom?
Do you want to build slow or fast?
What kind of product do you want to offer?
How much $$$$ do you want to spend to get started?
Do you want go to GA to start your business?

go to where ever you want to start it and rent the store or whatever. . . go to the court, apply for a business license. Wait 30 days a vola. . . . you're in business. (Unless its somthing like a liquor store, or porno shop or somthing like that) Also if it's a new business (like in a place not zoned) you may have to petition to have it rezoned or somthing. . . . you really need to give more info for a better answer.
