If I have a question that involves something in a photo how do i link it to the question so ppl can see it and then answer my question?

If the picture is already on a webpage somewhere, just copy and paste the URL into the question details like:
http://answers.yahoo.com
(Be sure the http:// is at the beginning and there's no unnecessary punctuation at the end.)

If you have the picture on your computer, start an account at http://www.photobucket.com/ and upload the picture there. They will give you a URL to copy and paste into your question details.

There is no way to actually display the picture on this page, though.

All you could do is include the link of the picture with your question. I don't think Yahoo allows html codes in answers so you really can't show the pic but you could have people go and see it by showing the link.
