Why would you want to deal with them in the first place? If your question is how do you deal with people you don't like but have to work with then that is another thing.
I have found that being honest with people works best. If a person is rude to you take them aside and tell them, "Hey I think your being rude as hell and I want you to stop it." They will tell you one of two things. To go screw yourself or that they are sorry and will try and do better. At least that way you will truly know where you stand. I am 43 years old and have put up with a lot of crap over the years and about 10 years ago I said enough is enough and started being perfectly frank with people like the one you are talking about. It works. I have only been in one fight over it in ten years and when we got to the hospital and they pried my jaws from around the other guys nuts in the emergency room he apologized and I never had another problem. Ever. Give Honesty a try. It works.

I'm a waitress, and I have come across many, many rude people in my 24 year career. I don't know what the hell is a matter with some people. I have come to the conclusion that they are so unhappy with theirselves that they try to make other people feel bad to make themselves feel better. I almost always kill them with kindness. They hardly know how to act. They want to upset you and feed into their foul existence, and when you act extra nice they either shut up or get sooo mad because they can't argue back. You have to be a good actress, though. It's hard sometimes not to tell them off. I just laugh behind their back and think of myself as the better person! Oh yeah, piss a waitress off too bad, and we will add a little something "extra" to your lunch!!!

Kill hatred with kindness... I'm not saying to smooch there butts but don't give into there negativity... avoiding speaking or looking at them and never avoid being in the same room with them and having fun with someone else that is around them. That can really tick them off and who knows maybe it might lighten them up. Some people are just jerks and are only nice to those who they think they can get something from to further their assets.,.. Forget about them!

Work on your self esteem until you no longer allow what other ppl think or say to rock how you feel about yourself. If they are rude, smile at them and answer in a way that pretends they spoke nicely to you..that throws them off balance. Often times ppl aren't being rude TO you..just AT the world.

If people don't respect you, there is no point that you respect them. They will not appreciate what you did but they will take it for granted. They think that you have to do it for them.Don't let them step on your head.

You just ignore them and treat them like nothing. That will do.Or just smile or laugh.Enjoy spur life. But just smiling at them, it will make them angry like the bull. They want to see you angry but if you just smile back. They will angry. That is really a good weapon.I tried it few times. If they asked you "What are you laughing at?" Just said nothing and smile and walk away. But watch out your back ya.

Ya, i have a friedn who told me the joke.Bring along alcohol with you to their house. If they are in, give it to them.If they not around, use the alcohol and burn their house...it just a joke ay..don't take it seriously ya.

Get a t-shirt printed out with "(person's name) is dead to me". As an example, my mom was rude to me so i had a t-shirt printed out that says "my mother's dead to me" I wear it around her all the time and it makes her cry but I dont care. And the cool thing is that one day she really will be dead to me and I can wear it to her funeral! Or reserve a domain name with "(person's name) is a douche bag" or something of the sort and build a site about how mean they are, also include tons of photoshoped indecent pictures. I hope this helps. Peace.

People who are rude to others for no reason are sadists. To satisfy a sadist - if you act as though you are hurt, they will start showing signs of happiness and will get even with you. Surprisingly sometimes - i have found that if we also become rude - they soften towards us!

I handle it be giving them something they don't except to get ...nicest and kindness....kindness killed the cat at the end . Because when people treat we like that it is something going on with them, And they be wanting you to be just as rude as they are to make them self feel better...

stop dealing with them and ignore their existance... do not let them provoke you, because this kind of behavior shows that they have a very low self esteem and the only way they know to feel better is to make someone else feel miserable, this sort of validates their own being, in their own eyes!

When you come in contact with those types of people, be nice to them and always smile but don't try to figure them out because they are not happy with themselves and there is nothing you can do to help them. Don't let them take away your joy and happiness.
