Is it still alive? I'm in Georgia and my yard is full of crepe myrtle. I've notice some people's are already blooming. Some in my yard don't even have buds on them yet and some do. None have opened yet tho. Should be soon. So maybe where you are it is going to take a little longer. Might even be late July before it blooms. If it is green I wouldn't worry about it. They are hardy little buggers.

The plant existence at the instantaneous are not dealing with photosythesis at nighttime and hence do no longer opt for water. you grace your chance of a disease brokers forming even as watering at nighttime. Overwatering isn't likely on Crapemyrtle interior the summer season time. signals of overwatering are genuinely equivalent to those of lack of water! a good rule of thumb is to scoop up an invaluable wad of soil from around the theory ball. in case you would possibly want to wring out water from the wad, then it really is too plenty water. in case you squeeze and the soil is moist yet no longer dripping, then you are on purpose. good fulfillment!

Sun is the only reason I have seen that dramatically effect the way these bloom? Not fertilizer, water or soil. That must be it.
