Marijuana is the only substance whose medical benefits are touted in smoked form. Nobody ever talks about creating a THC syrup, or a THC-inhaler, similar to what's used for asthma. What is it about smoking marijuana that makes it so much more powerful?

It's quicker to inhale THC then ingest it. The respiratory system generally absorbs quicker then circulatory and digestive, which involves the digestive process before you'd get any effects. A THC inhaler is actually a good idea, I think, but I don't know of any being invented. Smoking is probably a LOT easier then any other method of preparation.

NO thats not true, Marijuana is not effective at all when smoked, its medical benefits are derived from a process to remove the thc from the plant itself, and then made into pill form to ingest. Those benefits are relief from the rigors of chemo-therapy in cancer patients who cannot keep food down, where other medications are not appropriate.

Smoking what ever the substance, would not be good, Take for example Asthma Patients, and those people with other respitory problems.

Its a Myth!

Marijuana isnt most effective when inhaled, have you ever had weed brownies, just the thc with the oil is much more potent, it takes a bit longer to take effect, however, it is much more strong of a reaction and it lasts up to 5-6 hours.

Because it gets into the bloodstream quicker through the lungs which will lead to the brain causing the THC to kick in. If it is swallowed you have to wait untill it gets into your small intestine before it gives you a buzz.

I don't know? I swear I didn't inhale!!! You don't hear about any other medical benefit because the government will alow many other drugs (man made concoctions) to be shoved down our throats but they have not figured out how to regulate and profit from something you yourself can get access to and grow without their knowledge.

It's the easiest way to the bloodstream (shooting it might be quicker though).

I have heard of some trendy bars where they actually have alcohol nebulizers to get you buzzed without having to drink it. I guees you can smoke just about anything so to speak.

Cause it goes stright to the brain. you have thc receptors in your brain, which react the most and get you the highest.
