The first place to start is with an elimination diet. Eliminate all dairy...period. This is the critical differtence between those with one chin and those without.

Get 30 minutes of sunlight.
This will step up the metabolism mode instead of hybernation mode.

Do some kind of activity outside.

Drink 6-8 glasses of distilled water with lemon each day.

Switch to sea salt and throw away your table salt.

Drin a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a shot glass of carrot juice 10 minutes before every meal.

When you start to diet, and excercise. The first thing you notice w/ your weight loss is your face. With me I start to lose weight in my face first as with most people. I suggest a diet, and not a crash diet! Crash dieting make you lose weight ssllooww. Get her into some sports at school like Volleyball, softball, ect. Maybe into some afterschool dance, or sports.
