The only other way a girl can become pregnant without having a penis inside her, is by getting an implantation or fertilized by a doctor. Barring Immaculate conception.

Women get pregnant in one of two ways:
1) vaginal sexual intercourse without birth control
2) artificial insemination
Your best bet for not getting pregnant is abstinence. Otherwise get on the pill and make your boyfriend wear a condom.

You can get pregnant without intercourse, the only thing you need is sperm and egg!!
If you accidentally get seminal fluid on your hand or his, and you are touched by that hand, you can get pregnant. If his penis is near your vagina and he hasn't finished yet, there is still pre-ejaculation fluid.
It is very easy to get pregnant, so please remember to use protection! But I'm sure you already know that.

Sperm meets egg = baby. If sperm can get to the egg, then you can get pregnant.

well im not an expert but i know that he doesnt have to put his you know inside of you its way harder to get preg but not impossible
