That is a tough one. Very hard to compare. Totally different styles. Tupac had very creative lyrics and a hard powerful delivery. Biggie also had clever lyrics but had a laid back delivery. I personally prefer Tupac but only time will tell who had more of an impact on rap.

Tupac had a better variety of opinions and topics. Biggie had a better flow. Both had ridiculous beat makers in their corners. I call a tie!

they were both great rappers but PAC has got the heads up on biggie since he was more involved in his music and wrote most of his own stuff and started long before biggie. granted he started out as a back-up dancer for Digital Underground. PAC rules no doubt end of discussion.
