Before I read your full question and I saw "who is the most beautiful women in the world" the first woman who came to my mind was Angelina Jolie....Ironic, but I feel she really is.

Well, "Elizabeth Taylor was rated the most beautiful woman in the world. She was for many many years...and someone new always comes along to take their place. I think Bo Derick is. I have to go with the Jessica's as long as we are going on strictly looks. That woudl be Jessica Simpson, Jessica Alba, Jessice Biel, and tehn we'd throw on Jenny Mc Carthy and Miranda Lambert all in a 5 way tie. All very sexy women all in a slightly different way.
