Absolutely! The thing that makes him a valuable fantasy player is that he plays on 3rd down. He'll catch passes and rack up receiving yards. His durability is a major plus too. He has stayed pretty healthy for his career. He's maybe not a first rounder (Larry Johnson and L. Tomlinson), but definitely a high pick.

LaMont Jordan showed last season that he can be the featured back on a team, and was even the single bright spot on a dismal Oakland offense. Jordan will only get better, with a revamped offensive scheme and change at QB. Furthermore, LaMont has the ability to be both a runner and receiver, something that seems only to be associated with players like LT and Larry Johnson.
He could be a top five back, and is definitely in the top ten.

Lamont Jordan should have a fine season as the featured RB in Oakland. He was solid last year and should be just as good this year. Sounds like you're all set at the RB position.

lemont jordan is quality. any RB that catches 70 passes is all-pro in my book. with a healthy randy moss, i think jordan can get more on the ground, like minnesota did a few years ago. but if the oakland Def shows signs early of being pathetic, i'd trade for someone who will get the touches.

He's gonna have another really good year. If you're in a League where you start two RB's then you're lookin pretty good in that department. Hell yeah he's gonna be good. He'll be a top 10 RB easily, and possibly a top 5.

He should have a decent season. I say decent only because the Raiders haven't got a quality quarterback. Aaron Brooks sucks.

I think he will be a top five running back pick in most fantasy drafts.
