The surgery is a cosmetic change that is functional for penile-vaginal sex, but there is no womb, no ovaries, and no period associated with the new organs.

Since there is no womb with the associated sloughing off of the uterine walls (monthly period), there can be no bleeding.

If you were a man and you woke up with a vagina, you would want to change it to a penis as soon as possible. Conversely, a woman doesn't want a penis attached to her body- she is not a man.

The surgery is primarily to be comfortable with your own body, a body that looks like it should without appendages stuck on your body at the most inconvenient places. For a woman, there is no convenient place for a penis to be attached to her body.

Surely you are not as ignorant as your question makes you sound...or perhaps you are, judging from your writing and spelling. I hate to comment on people's spelling, but in your case, I will make an exception. There is this little blue writing that says, "check spelling" ...perhaps when you figure out what that means, you can click on it and not write idiotic questions that deserve really rude answers....like this question and my answer.
